At Kathmandu’s main airport, several arrivals were diverted (e.g., flights from Delhi to New Delhi diverted to Lucknow, and flights to Lukla canceled), and departures slowed under instrument‑flight rules. Flights to Bharatpur and Tumlingtar were suspended. Metlink announced that, due to a Landslip, train services on the Johnsonville Line have been replaced by buses running every 30 minutes during peak hours following a storm this afternoon (October 28).
