The storm is expected to cause heavy rains, strong winds, and rough seas. There is a risk of flooding and traffic disruptions in coastal and low-lying areas as a result. Advice: - Avoid staying in coastal or low-lying areas during heavy rains due to the risk of flooding. - Avoid non-essential travel during heavy rains and strong winds. Avoid driving on flooded or slippery roads. - Be prepared for disruptions to public transport, flights, and ferry services in Guangdong and Hainan provinces
