Meteorological services have issued a Red Weather Warning for rainfall in Piedmont, starting at 02:00 local time (00:00 GMT) on 22 September, lasting through the end of the day. In Aosta Valley, an Orange Warning for rain is in effect from 14:00 on 21 September until 21:59 on 22 September, along with a moderate thunderstorm risk. Additionally, orange thunderstorm warnings are expected across Liguria, Lombardy, and Tuscany throughout 22 September. Heavy rainfall is forecast to lead to local flooding, landslides, and difficult driving conditions - especially in mountainous and coastal areas.   Advice: - Avoid travel through vulnerable areas, especially mountain passes and coastal roads that are prone to floods and runoff. Do not walk or drive through flooded areas. - Stay indoors during storms, and move to higher ground if flooding occurs. - Stay off unstable slopes and avoid being near riverbanks or water courses during heavy rainfall.  

Brussels Airport said delays and cancellations will continue on Sunday after a cyberattack on an external provider of check-in and boarding systems forced manual processing and triggered a request for airlines to cancel 50% of departures to avoid long queues and late scrubs. The Guatemala City water company has announced that on September 21 and September 28, there will be interruptions to the city's drinking water supply. This is due to maintenance work. The interruptions are expected to occur in zones 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, and 21 On September 21, from 6AM to 12PM On September 28, from 6AM to 6PM.
