Authorities in Parsa District have imposed a temporary curfew in Birgunj following violent clashes between two communities during Hanuman Jayanti celebrations. The unrest included stone-pelting, vandalism, and shop fires, resulting in injuries to 43 individuals, including Nepal Police and Armed Police Force personnel, as well as 12 civilians.
