The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed a flu outbreak on Efate, the most populous island, with over 360 cases reported at Vila Central Hospital, mainly in Ohlen, Mele, and Bladiniere. Over 150 people have been evacuated from the city of Chimalhuacán, northeast of Mexico City, following a fire and subsequent explosion at a fireworks factory that left at least two dead.
