Key roads, including the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway and routes around Munyonyo, will face closures and diversions to ensure secure access for delegates. Security checkpoints will be in place near the venue and designated hotels, with motorcycles restricted in some areas.   Advice: Plan ahead, especially if traveling to Entebbe Airport, and allow extra time for delays.
