Nationwide Air Traffic Control Strike Announced

Caution

Country: France

Location: All French airports and airspace

The SNCTA, France’s largest air traffic control union, has announced a 24-hour strike from the morning of September 18 through the end of September 19. Representing about 60% of the country’s controllers, the union’s action is expected to cause major disruption to flights both within France and across its airspace, including routes to and from the UK, Spain, and Italy.
