Many Israeli nationals are being denied entry due to strict visa checks. With no Israeli mission in Bolivia, assistance from the Israeli Embassy in Peru is limited. Denied entry requires waiting for a return flight.   Advice: - Avoid traveling alone; use a guide. - Discreetly manage your Israeli identity. - Avoid financial or recreational offers. - Stay clear of arguments and large crowds. - Respect local officials and avoid discussing security roles. - Remain alert to unusual behavior or items. Organizers anticipate participation from thousands of individuals, with buses transporting attendees from over 30 cities nationwide. As of the morning of April 3, members of the Misak indigenous community have initiated protests in central Bogotá, leading to significant disruptions. Protesters have blocked key roads, causing severe congestion in the vicinity of Plaza de Bolívar. The TransMilenio and SITP public transportation systems have been notably affected, with reports of buses being used as barricades, tires slashed, and windows broken. Health authorities in Uganda have reported a total of 2,989 confirmed mpox cases and 25 related deaths since the beginning of the year.
