Typhoon Dolphin is approaching eastern China, bringing heavy rain and strong winds to Shanghai and Zhejiang. Around 60% of flights at Shanghai’s Pudong and Hongqiao airports are expected to be canceled today, with additional disruptions reported at airports across Zhejiang. The Gann Fire has burned approximately 10,374 acres in Calaveras County and is 40% contained. Puerto Rico has begun rotating water rationing due to severe drought and critically low levels at the Carraízo reservoir.
